    Ordered some pizza online tonight for delivery. Delivery was 20 minutes later than the estimated time, it happens. We received cold pizza and no sauces. I called and asked for a refund, was told by someone who said they were a manager they could do that. Called me back 20 minutes later just to say they could not refund but could offer me store credit I would have to call in to use. This is the second time I’ve been given store credit, the first time it magically disappeared, and I could not use it either in my app or when I called in- hence asking for a refund instead of store credit I may or may not be able to use. Save yourself the trouble and buy a frozen pizza instead.

    RACIST MANAGEMENT!! The LACK of customer service skills was disturbing, but throughout my meal it became clear why! I witnessed instances of racially insensitive comments directed toward CUSTOMERS . which is not only inappropriate but also harmful to the community. ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS WORLD. The current state of this location is deeply concerning, and it is imperative that steps are taken to rectify these problems before they escalate further Definitely calling corporate!!!
