  I recently visited this McDonald's and had a terrible experience. The managers and employees were incredibly rude. In particular, an employee named starts with the letter V was exceptionally unprofessional and made the visit unpleasant. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming due to the poor customer service.

  NO. I AM NOT USING THE MOBILE APP! Please stop asking every time I go through the drive through. I don't want an extra step in my drive through experience. You're essentially asking me to do my homework. I just want to order food and go. Stop asking!

  Dining at this McDonald’s is less of a meal and more of a character building experience. Somewhere between placing your order and finally receiving it, you’ll have time to reconsider your life goals, forgive old enemies, and maybe even achieve personal growth. The wait humbles you. The wrong order strengthens you. The lukewarm fries remind you that perfection is an illusion. My younger self didn’t know when I walked in the McDonald’s doors tonight that I needed to have two top buns on my hot and spicy McChicken and have the mayo on the side, but you did. Thank you McDonald’s.

  EDIT———Shows how much they care using the same automated response for every single review. The link takes you to a page where you can “contact” mcdonald’s but you have to answer a million detailed questions about what exactly went wrong with your specific dated and time-stamped visit. Which is fine and all, except I have multiple complaints about every single visit and every single order I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time here go across the street to taco bell and they’ll get you right It never matters what time you come here, be prepared to pull around and wait for 1 item for 10+ minutes. This location is the slowest fast food spot I’ve ever visited in my entire life. Every time I come they never fail to take as long as they possibly can
