Then went to a but 1 car line in the drive through and proceeded to wait before eventually leaving.

I want a human to take my order ..manager had to tell employee I was there .. he was nice ..brought food to me when ready .. the lobby a different story ..the carpet is discussing.. needs to be cleaned bad ..or replaced.. Then its not employees or managers fault that I hate u have to use app for deals. ....but they could of done better..fries were just warm.. i like hot...... ..I understand they and sonic have hard time hearing orders on drive thru .. now they both have a new car wash behind them... if so I would think u could move order speaker closer to entrance ..or volume issue maybe .

Management is rude and he let's these young kids run there mouth and talk bad to customers. A car of young girls sitting in drive through flirting with the 3 young boys and people are getting out of drive thru and pulling off. Manager claims problem with drive thru is because he is training (he was training the front counter). Needless to say lots of lost business in the 20 minutes I sat there. This place needs to be closed down or get all new workers that can provide a decent service with a respectful manager that knows how to manage a fast food restaurant.
