  This is an older Wendy's. But while coming through from Mo to NE we stop there frequently for our food on the go. Usually the hotest sandwich around! Yum!

  I would order food inside and make sure your order is correct. Due to a new car wash across from Wendy’s you or they can not hear you thru the drive thru. It’s a loud mess. Don’t think I’ll return to the location.

  They need a few Wendy old head vets in there to assist with making stuff properly or a day of training to make the food properly. Idk who makes these bun things but please stop cooking them to BRICK level. These are so hard if you threw it they could knock somebody smooth out!!!!! These are harder than Mike Tyson’s fists. Those kids are in there having pep rally’s , drinking juice boxes, and watching SpongeBob or making TikTok’s . They have to be in there twirling their thumbs because they sure aren’t paying attention to what they’re doing. Smh EVERY SINGLE TIME. Idk why I’m always surprised. I’d be surprised if it were cooked properly. I might even tip the one that gets it right because next time I’m gonna go in instead of DoorDash. I’ve read about them being rude, but 😊 I’m ok with that.. that’s no deterrent.That’s as much of it that I can eat (pic below) it’s so hard you can’t dig into it any deeper it’s like chewing on a rock covered in frosting. If I keep trying to consume it the next Google Review would be me rating a dentist in the area. I know customer service jobs mean you guys deal with rude ppl, but do better and some of that could be avoided.

  I always have to wait at this location for at least 8 minutes. Why do they have a drive through line If they're not going to have fast service? They have lot of turn over of employees. That says a lot about their business model.

  So let me just start by saying the best Wendys in the TRI County Area BY FAR. I asked if I could make a CUSTOME Sandwich and they Without hesitation said let hear it and the interaction with the staff made the whole thing super engaging and the engagement in which the staff was absolutely AMAZING from the Young Man and Young Lady AND ESPECIALLY THE COOK who's Name is Skyler THANK YOU Skyler Bro seriously thank you FOR THE EFFORT AND PASSION YOU PUT IN TO MAKING THAT FOR ME MY NAMES JARED SINCERELY YOU KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK From start to Finish so againTHANK YOU ALL FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE
