I get Taco Bell regularly because I make poor life decisions and I personally work in customer service, so from the outside looking in, it makes me uncomfortable coming here to know I might run into this girl anytime before 12PM. I know what I want, I order it the exact same way every time, and the guy that works afternoon (love that guy), is always super nice and friendly. Not snappy, short, direct, uses active listening so he speaks and responds to what I say to him. I’m not asking for the employees to chop it up with me, but don’t be rude and slam the window so I can’t speak to you between interactions of you grabbing my debit card, then slamming it open to hand me my drink, then slam it again to hand my card back. Go work on a different industry girl, this obviously isn’t for you.

I get you get busy but you should never be busy for the customer. Will not recommend this place to people. Cussing in front of the customers? Why would I bring my kids here. It's simple. Do your job, put on a smile, and keep going. Yeah it gets busy. No need for the attitude.
