  Waited 20 minutes in line car did not move. Only one staff member working in the store waited 15 more minutes in the store and just left without ordering.

  Little girl at counter IGNORED me. I stood there for at least 2 minutes. She definitely saw me. She was only one there,but so was I. LAZY Girl!!!!

  Good place for a sandwich. Nice menu selection and accommodations for gluten intolerance.

  I ordered for delivery at 654 pm, waited and waited for about an hour. I tried to call 3 times and no answer. I finally gave up and drove to the store. Went to the drive thru and sat there for a minute and no one said anything. I drove up to the windows which were open. Yelled in to the employee, who had headphones in. He finally heard me and came over. I told him about my order and his response was, "Oh yeah, I ran out of bread and couldn't deliver your order. I only have wraps. " I got no notification of this. They were just going to charge us and not notify or bring any food. Incredibly disappointed in this transaction that occurred with this store. They need to do better.
