We found out that they had left out an item from our order so, called and a gentleman by the name James of course told us to come back by to pick it up. We went back and James came to the window with our item. He then offered us something from the lunch menu because breakfast was over. My sister asked for a Big Mac, I was ok. When it was brought out, the order also contained cookies that were included for our inconvenience. I don't know about you but, I feel that the meaning of customer service left every field many, many years ago. I applaud and thank James very much for surprising us with a courtesy that was lost a long time ago. Thank you very much James ☺️
