Last couple of times I have went has been terrible. Customer service is unprofessional..I had a beef and cheddar sandwich replaced a few weeks ago (really should have been the whole meal) because when I got home there was 2 pieces of beef on my sandwich my fries were barely full and my extra cheese cup that I paid an extra $1 for was a squirt of cheese. Same thing happened again tonight. Fries barely full., hardly any meat on my sandwich and a squirt of cheese. I gave it two stars cause at least I got all 4 of my mozzarella sticks

Not fast, but got our order correct. I enjoy the curly fries and milkshakes. They were out of sweet tea, weird for the South. I recommend them if you enjoy Arby's.

This used to be a great location with good hot food. We don’t go as often anymore because it’s certainly went downhill. Every time we’ve went there in the past year or so the food is awful.. stale bread, meat is almost like jerky, only giving a 2 star because last night the fries were at least decent. The workers are normally not friendly, they had music playing pretty loudly that wasn’t really appropriate and they were using vulgar language without a care in the world so loudly that we could hear them across the lobby. I’m not against the music or language however being in a customer service driven role myself it definitely looks bad in my opinion. We won’t be returning for a long while.

Food tastes great but for the price that you pay, you want a sandwich, which you do not get. Please make sandwiches to serve! Don't just serve buns!!

Visited in December 2025 approximately 7.30 pm .
Had to wait few minutes before ordering. Not busy and it was only two of us in store. Ordered a reuben sandwich and curly fries. What I received was a mostly bread sandwich.meat did not cover bread and was pretty dry. Fries only filled half a box and were not hot. I approached counter and showed cashier that box was only half full and then he tried to basically calling me a lier in not so many words and stated they spilled onto the tray and there were more than in the box. Are you going to eat what’s on a tray that has not been sanitized and only wiped with a rag that probably wiped tables and chairs along with other dirty trays ? Back to the story now . He did fill box up with remaining over fried , dried hard pieces from the fri basket. These were worse than what I started with. Unfortunately if I could rate zero it would be done. Horrible place to eat .
