  The service is okay, there are a few employees who are very nice and easy to talk to but there are others that are rude, the food is fine when my order is actually made correctly

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I try so hard to be understanding because I worked fast food as a teenager but this seems intentional. A year ago, we waited 45 minutes for our order & when we finally asked about it, they had forgotten to bring it out, let it sit there getting cold... Then told us the screens were cleared. Someone there has itchy fingers & likes to use the bump bar haphazardly to keep their drive times down but there's more to running a business than how fast you claim to get food to customers. 👀 Tonight, we made the mistake of going again, for slushys... 15 minutes later we check on them & they ask for our mobile app order. We literally placed the order with them directly. Then are told the system has been down & they have no orders on the screen. They finally bring it out & the receipt is printed & my card was ran so not sure what system was down. Never again. This location is not the one, go literally anywhere else. Update: The responder below didn't read the review. It was NOT a mobile order. We pulled into a stall & placed the order. Then the order never came. Then we asked about the order & the same person that took our order asked us for our mobile order number, which we didn't have because we didn't place a mobile order. This place is a joke.

  Imagine being so terrible at your customer service job that you really your eyes and shake your head at paying customers before they even have a chance to speak to you. Your bad day is not our problem. Please just make the food thanks :)

  Their management is absolutely disrespectful along with the the people who work in there. When they messed up my order I called and explained i recieved the wrong food. They were rude about demanding me to come up there right away to prove they made a mistake and then told me they couldn't refund me my money. I have been calling their customer service for 2 months and the General Manager Morgan seems to not follow through after her 1 email she sends apologizing. So its like a eat at your own risk because if they mess it up you just gambled your money away.
