  I have been a massive Jimmy John’s fan for years and recently I have NOT been impressed. The last time I went there I ordered and paid for two bags of chips- got home, and they were not given to us. This time, I simply asked for my sandwich to be cut in half which was noted on the receipt, got home and it was not cut in half. Also, they definitely aren’t freaky fast anymore and the prices are not worth the quality.

  Looking at the reviews, I’m glad to see that my family and I aren’t the only ones to have a bad experience here. Twice now, we’ve missed out on our food because this location is outsourcing their delivery services. My wife waited two hours for her sandwich, and after that I should have known better. Shame on me for ordering delivery from this specific JJs. Used to be that they had a reputation for being fast. Not anymore. Think twice before you order from here, and just go somewhere else.

  We had a few separate orders for 2 families I was picking up. We set them for pickup at 6:15. Everything was delicious. One sub was wrong and when I went back the gentleman working the counter was so apologetic and nice. They gave me a free drink while I waited and remade the sub ASAP. In hindsight, placing a large order at prime dinner rush on a day with a BOGO promo was not the best idea 😆. Even after what must have been a crazy day, the whole crew working had a great vibe going on when I was there. I'll absolutely be ordering from this location again.

  The lady at the speaker was rude and very, very blunt to me.Especially after coming off of a twelve hour shift, it would have been better.If she had been polite, she kept stating, she couldn't hear me.I'm not a soft spoken person.When we pulled up to the window, we realized why it's because there's music being played so freaking loud that the person at the drive through cannot hear.But at the same time, it's not really my fault.And I don't like being hollered at by somebody that they can't hear me when i've spoken up.And it's just the atmosphere around her that she can't stand or hear because of
