Well of course they advertise their new a French fries you get about 10 french fries maybe 8 1 spoonful a small spoonful at that of guacamole and sour cream the food was good you know all four or five bites of it I was shocked and thought something was wrong with my meal plus of course they didn't put in the five Diablo sauces I had asked for for my grandson so I actually take my fry bowl back in and ask them if there's only supposed to be eight french fries in here and they said yes so they're charging you know five and some change comes to $6 for eight french fries 10 if they're little in a scoop in a scoop it was like literally I don't even know maybe five bites so and they were snotty about it so that's my review if you're not hungry and just want to small appetizer then you can order their new fries loaded fries I'm not sure what they call them but it if you're actually thinking it's a whole meal like it shows on the picture I got it for me and my grandson to share because I'm there advertisement it is so loaded with stuff there's no way one person could eat it well my poor grandson's like you don't have to share it yes I mean I still gave him some but yes they were literally eight fries in my dish this was a takeout but I had to pull over and take my food back in

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I paid extra (50¢ each) for jalapeños on three Three-Cheese Chicken Flatbreads, and the portions were completely unacceptable. One had no jalapeños at all, one had a single jalapeño, and only one had a couple like it should have. Then the Cantina Chicken Crispy Tacos were a joke. Both tacos had exactly three small pieces of chicken—we counted. After one bite, there was nothing left but shell. It felt like I was eating an empty chip. This is not the first time we’ve had issues like this, and it’s getting old. When you’re charging extra and marketing these as premium items, they should actually be made correctly. At this point, we’re seriously considering being done with Taco Bell altogether. Order 549354484 Try to submit feedback in the app multiple times it won't work just getting an error

The employees were really rude. Asked for no cheese on my taco, there was cheese, instead of just remaking it, they argued and blamed me for not emphasizing the fact I was allergic to cheese. Guys.. it’s hard to emphasize when I have to order my food off of the kiosk machine. Then another employee got mad at us for not throwing our napkins away in the right trash can after helping her clean up the floor.

Late night weekend crew is very disappointing recently, second time in a row order has been inaccurate & poorly made. Get charged for chipotle sauce but none in burrito, get halfway through my dry burrito & find a black & bleached piece of hair in food. Save yourself the headache & go literally anywhere else.
