I only ordered a yogurt . The 2 girls were complaining about working. They helped 5 cars in line. I then went thru the line and asked for a refund for my online order. They said I would have to come back the next day because no manager was there. ( no okay with any returant to not have a manager on duty) I was an assistant manager of Wendy's and this isn't allowed for any corporation.) I don't understand why they helped drive thru instead of a mobile order first. It's not fair.
