It threw a system error saying it couldn’t connect, so I went to get help. The guy working clearly couldn’t be bothered — he flat-out admitted he’d “never seen that before” and acted like it wasn’t his problem. I literally had to ask him to walk over and even look at the error. He showed zero professionalism and even less effort. Just pathetic customer service. Now I get to worry about being double-charged when the kiosk decides to wake back up. This management seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring and maybe bring in people who actually give a damn about doing their job.
