Where are the employees that take your order? If I wanted to use a screen to place my order I would order from my phone. Most of the tables were dirty as well as the women's restroom. It was not a pleasant experience.

My mobile order was also missing an item when I picked it up. However, the staff handled the mistake perfectly. They were incredibly kind, apologized for the mix-up, and quickly got me the missing food. They even threw in a coupon for a free taco or burrito. While the initial experience was a bit inconvenient, their great recovery and attitude really turned the visit around. Mistakes happen, and they handled this one well.

This location is our most frequented TB since we've lived down the road for almost 8 years. Something seems to have changed over the last few months, and it's not been for the better. The food is made with zero care, made apparent by consistent mistakes, forgotten items, no sauce given, etc. When I order 15 sauces with a mobile order, it's not a suggestion; IT'S PART OF THE ORDER! Quit sitting on the sauce like it's coming out of your paychecks and grab the handful that I ordered. Pay attention to what you're doing.

Basic Taco Bell, order was correct. Just can’t stand the new ordering system. Can’t place an order directly you have to order through touch screen display. Seems lazy. Can’t print receipt must get it through text or email. Good idea but ahead of its time on that. Bring back human to human ordering.

Ordered a 9 dollar luxe box and my burrito was made terribly and they didn’t even put chips and cheese. They need new management
