Something seems to have changed over the last few months, and it's not been for the better. The food is made with zero care, made apparent by consistent mistakes, forgotten items, no sauce given, etc. When I order 15 sauces with a mobile order, it's not a suggestion; IT'S PART OF THE ORDER! Quit sitting on the sauce like it's coming out of your paychecks and grab the handful that I ordered. Pay attention to what you're doing.
