Hey corpo, fix your app cuz it really sucks. Must have been developed by the same idiots that made the home depot app. Slow, laggy, and now it trys to play some sound when you open it, which turns the music off in your car. Super annoying

WOW THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT ANY SUBWAY THAT I HAVE BEEN TO BEFORE! I CANNOT BELIEVE I CAME IN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND THEY WOULD NOT SERVE ME!!! This review is for the subway at 1748 South 20th Street Ozark Missouri. I went to Subway this evening to get something to eat after working all day. It was 9:15 p.m. The door was not locked and all the lights were still on so I walked inside. When I walked up to the counter there was a girl employee inside that said I'm sorry we're closed. I said the sign on the door says you close at 9:30 p.m. and she said no we actually close at 9:20 p.m. This used to be my favorite subway I actually live closer to the other Subway on the other side of town but I come to this one because I like it so much better. I believe if you ere going to close at 9:20 p.m. then you need to change the sign on the door to say that you close at 9:20 p.m. or in my case put a sign on the door that says we will not serve you after 9:15 p.m. I understand the reason is that they don't want to pay their employees past 9:30. However this is not a good way to run a business if you want to keep customers coming back. They do not have to worry about me ever coming back because I will never come to this subway again and I'm sure they're very happy about that they obviously do not care about their customers. It's so sad that it has come to this in this day and age that businesses don't say what they mean and mean what they say and stand behind their word. If this were my business I would never treat a customer like this because I would treat my customers like I wanted them to come back. Clearly they do not care rather their customers return or not. I asked the girl inside for the general manager's phone number and she gave it to me right away. I did call the general manager's phone and they never answered and I seriously doubt that they will bother to call me back. I gave this review one star but only because it will not let me give zero stars. I cannot finish the rest of the questions on the review because I was never able to even be served.

Service was prompt even when we brought a big group in. They had the restaurant so clean and ready. We love this subway!!

Was on my short lunch break, and waited in line to find out they were out of roast beef for a footlong subway club! Walked out and Won't be back!!!!
