  Order Ranch and Cheese sauce. Receive Groovy Sauce and no cheese sauce. It's annoying how something this small can make me never want to go to a specific location ever again.

  I had called and when I asked if they had got my order and they said no the first time they were very polite at first but when I called probably 20 minutes later and some guy had answered and I asked if they had got my order yet he was completely rude and said no we still haven't gotten your order so food is amazing but the people that work there are rude

  They dont put sauce in the bags at all. I have been here so many times, every. single. time. I have to ask for them to go back and get marinara sauce for cheese sticks and syrup for French toast sticks. Extremely annoying when I forget and go home and I have no sauce. I wasn't going to post a review but it just keeps happening

  I ordered a SS Bacon Cheeseburger and instead i got the SS Double Cheeseburger. We spent 40$ there and are very upset as well as frustrated with sonic. we go there quite frequently and this just keeps happening.

  To the Sonic on Jackson St. Ozark, Missouri! The last time I was there, My foot long coney weener was as hard as a wood stick and dry, and I didn't find out till I was back at work and tried to eat it! It was about as big around as my pinky, and I threw it out! Absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever been too! DO BETTER Y'ALL!
