  Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered through the app which put me next door and wrong room number for some odd reason. Didn't get the extra sauces I paid for, nor the napkins I requested. Driver, who I tipped $10 at order and $5 after delivery shrugged me off. No way to review/complain on their app. I'm done, Papa John's. Thought I knew ya.

  If you're like me and love Papa John's once and a while, go somewhere else this store is terrible without fail.

  Whitney is a pizza maker at this location who doesn't use gloves! We came in today 01/25/26 to pickup our order, saw her in the back actively making pizza with no gloves. Snow covering every inch of their parking lot. We parked in an open spot between two vehicles. Whitney comes out and yells at us that this is not a parking spot and uses some profanity in between. Again, literally cant see any of the lot because there is SNOW on the ground. Would avoid this location unless you want to be yelled at and have pizza made with no gloves by Ms.Whiney......I mean Whitney

  Edit from original review. Manager Jason reached out to me. He was extremely kind. He and Summer took my issue serious and made it right. The new pizza was exactly as it should have been.

  Ordered a pizza with a Pepsi and when it was delivered they gave me Pepsi zero sugar, which I cannot have. I paid an extra delivery fee and they still got the order wrong. They have done this to me previously as well. When I called them they tried to blame the doordash driver, even though I ordered through the papa John's website and not door dash, therefore it was not the dashers fault because it was not his job to check the order. We drove to the Ozark location and a very polite employee gave me my Pepsi but said they couldn't take the Pepsi zero, completely understand with company policy. If you order a Pepsi from this location I suggest you specify what Pepsi, in order to not run into my situation. Wonderful food.
