- JMJosh MatthewsJan 3, 20263.0I come to this location fairly often. Overall, I’d say I’m satisfied about 60% of the time. The staff is generally polite, but there’s a recurring issue that’s starting to wear on me. When I place larger orders, the fries are frequently underfilled. These are supposed to be large fries, yet they often look half full. In a couple of cases, it felt like one large could have easily been poured into a medium, or even a small, without overflowing. I understand portion control, but fries are one of the lowest-cost items. Filling the carton properly (or even slightly overfilling so a few end up in the bag) goes a long way toward making customers feel taken care of and getting their money’s worth. If the portions truly can’t be filled to the top, then the packaging size should probably be adjusted. I’m not trying to be negative—just honest. I’d really like to be able to say I’m satisfied closer to 100% of the time, because this is a location I visit regularly. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Josh

Always good service and always clean eating area's! Best McDonald's in Missouri that I been to so far! Always a favorite!
