I rated the atmosphere so high because I ordered it from my car. We had to wait about 15 minutes. The girl who came out was very nice. She apologized for the wait so I gave her 4 stars. I bought 9 Double Cheeseburgers 2 without ketchup (I am allergic which I posted) with Mayo. My burger had ketchup on the bun and on the bottom. Please be mindful of your people who have allergies. Thank you.

I've been in here a lot mostly for breakfast and I'm always satisfied. Forgot my lunch and came in no hot McChicken, cold fried and, straw missing. Super annoyed I was on my break so I didn't have time to go in an make it right.

McDonalds you guys need to get you stuff together or better employees me having to wait 30 minutes for one meal is not expectable had to go inside and my food was I guess just sitting there cold when I got it wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement 🤬

I come to this location fairly often. Overall, I’d say I’m satisfied about 60% of the time. The staff is generally polite, but there’s a recurring issue that’s starting to wear on me. When I place larger orders, the fries are frequently underfilled. These are supposed to be large fries, yet they often look half full. In a couple of cases, it felt like one large could have easily been poured into a medium, or even a small, without overflowing. I understand portion control, but fries are one of the lowest-cost items. Filling the carton properly (or even slightly overfilling so a few end up in the bag) goes a long way toward making customers feel taken care of and getting their money’s worth. If the portions truly can’t be filled to the top, then the packaging size should probably be adjusted. I’m not trying to be negative—just honest. I’d really like to be able to say I’m satisfied closer to 100% of the time, because this is a location I visit regularly. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Josh
