- MKMelissa KitsonDec 13, 20251.0We go to subway 3 plus days through out the week and we spend 50 to 70 dollars each time!! The last two online orders we gotten there the orders were ALL fixed WRONG!! Tonight we were in There around 6/630 Ordered a chipotle steak deluxe add bacon few green peppers and heavy on the onions before heating/toasting. We go pick up the order and the sandwich had ZERO chipotle sauce Zero Bacon and NOT A DELUXE very FEW onions. when I took this back in because we paid Extra but didn't receive it. I was told oh I didn't fix this so what do you need I said Chipotle sauce Alittle more onions and the other steak to make a deluxe and onions and bacon She said oh I'll get Bacon on there she didn't refix the sandwich instead only added 2 slices of bacon and and few onions and NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE AND NO EXTRA STEAK THAT WE PAID FOR!! then I called to ask for a manager phone number or person to contact to talk to the girl hangs up the phone on me! Hopefully this gets to the general manager/owner Thank you.
