    Don’t go here the service sucks. Placed a mobile order ahead of time and went to the stall to pick it up. We waited twenty minutes before we clicked the button to ask when our order would be out and that’s when they told us to go through the drive through instead. If that’s the case close the stalls or get on the mic and tell us to go through. Food is cold and the person on the mic wasn’t friendly at all.

    I'm a frequent customer of tje Sonic at 10414 Page Avenue, Overland MO 63132. Today, I tried to place a $16 drive-thru order. It was at 7:15 PM CST. First, the girl at the window (Black female) took forever to take my order over the intercom. Then, she did not ask if I wanted fried or tots. Then, she did not ask if I wanted anything with my main meal order. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I simply & innocently asked her if I could get tots, since she didn't ask. She got argumentative and said that she couldn't read my mind as far as what I wanted, and she rudely read what I told her my order was back to me. I asked for my debit card back, and she said sure and closed the window on me. Horrible customer service. I won't be going back to that Sonic again, or maybe any of them. Her attitude cost them $16 tonight and a lot more in the future. And then when I tried to call the store to ask for a manager when I got home, the phone just rang & rang, no answer.

    Horrible customer service, I don’t care what time you go there, it’s horrible. For is ALWAYS like warm, everyone there needs to be exchanged.

    Poor customer service. Some of the staff members are extremely rude & displays Bad attitudes toward customers. This location doesn’t always send out fresh food. Orders are often wrong. They rarely have the deals that other sonics have. One of the day time employees (yt female) got upset with me bc I asked for fresh food. She was very nasty toward me at the window. Havent been back. 2/10

    I had a really frustrating experience here. My friend and I were in line waiting for our food when an employee told us to pull over, which made us think our order was about to come out. Instead, we ended up sitting there for 10–15 minutes with no update. When we finally went back through the line, we were told the system had gone down. The most disappointing part is that no one communicated that to us from the beginning. We were left waiting with no explanation, which felt like a waste of our time. On top of that, I never even received my French toast sticks. Better communication would have made a huge difference. If there was an issue with the system, we should have been told right away instead of being left to wait and wonder what was going on.
