    place with scatchy young boys inside. You never know what they will put in your drink. Stay away!

    When we asked for more sauce and the carhop rolled her eyes at us. She gave us the wrong drink which was fine, mistakes happen. When we pointed it out she wanted our receipt and we couldn’t find it, so she just walked away. While we looked for the receipt I realized both drinks were wrong. Eventually we found it the receipt and had to ask them to come back. They asked for the drinks back after I had drank out of it already so I gave her a heads up but she didn’t really care lol. The food was cold and old so we went home to heat it up. We ended up tossing the drinks because the carhop was so rude to us we figured they spit it in. Mistakes happen and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. We were understanding, we’ve worked customer service and know it can suck. But they treated us like we were stupid and an inconvenience for daring to point out we got the wrong drinks. I would understand if it were busy but we were literally the only car there. Work sucks but we were being nice and understanding. The whole thing was weird and unnecessary. Edit: They gave us drinks someone else drank out of. We didn’t put straws in our drinks after the weird interaction and when we got home we noticed the straw hole had been broken like someone else put a straw through it already.

    1 star since I sat at the drive thru for 10 min with no acknowledgment. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Poor management!

    my family went to grab drinks for our long ride home. this location forgot our order that was placed online and we waited 20 minutes. after the 20 minute wait, we pulled around and hit the stall button to check on our order, the carhop seemed to be annoyed that we were asking for assistance. the order we received after his help was missing two items and when we asked about them, we were told the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn’t refund us for it that we needed to call the corporate number for that. overall, the service was mildly infuriating and disappointing.
