- AAAlexApr 2, 20262.0Went here around 7pm. Waited 5 minutes at the counter for an employee to take my order. One walked by, made eye contact and kept walking. There was also an employee in the back yelling and swearing about crispy fish?? I don't know seemed random. Walked out and decided not to eat whatever dog food these people were making. Two stars not one because the employee swearing was sort of funny.

My order was a Whopper with a side of bacon cheese tots I wanted to try them it took over 27 minutes for my order to complete and by the time they finished my order my food was cold because they started the bacon cheesy tots last. Nobody had a name tag on and there was one person just walking around not doing anything and seeing that there were people in line waiting for their order also one order the person ahead of me they forgot about. When this Burger King forgot about a person's order that was my clue I should have left. Again this Burger King location needs to close down or totally revamp it and hire new staff because nobody had any concern that the food was late or the fact that the food was cold. I was going to dine into the restaurant but none of the tables were cleaned off.

I used to come here 3 - 4 times a week, but I generally waited 15 - 20 minutes for my food (with occasionally getting it quickly). Because of the long waits, I have been going to McDonald's instead. I decided to try this place again and I waited 35 minutes and never got my food, so I left. I should have been paid for my time for waiting.
- JMJ MathMar 14, 20265.0Restaurant was really clean. We went through the drive-thru and my burger was a little overcooked so I went inside and asked for a new one and they were super nice about it. Cooked me a fresh burger and it was perfect
