Waited almost an hour for our food the service was absolutely terrible. I ordered the thick cut ribeye and it was thinner than my wife's sirloin. It was ordered medium rare but it was almost charred on the outside even though it was medium rare on the inside. The restaurant reached out to me and I appreciated it very much. I am willing to give the restaurant another chance.

I would give this location zero stars if possible. Completely understaffed. A party of 5 on a Saturday night was too much for them to handle. The restaurant was half full of empty tables. They had a lobby full of people waiting for a table and told us it would be at least an hour and a half. It certainly wasn’t from a lack of available seating. Every other restaurant we went to that weekend seemed to have plenty of staff to meet the crowds during an off-season weekend in November. I would avoid this location unless you have a few hours to sit and wish you could eat a steak.

The steak and pasta was great, the blooming onion was perfect and the cheese fries were good too. Little pricey but worth it. If you go while they have the platypus punch drunk, just get it, it's so good. The cola punch is dangerous though. It doesn't even taste like there's any alcohol in it. Sooo good. Our waited was so sweet and on top of our needs. 10/10

The food was sub par. Ordered a prime rib, medium rare, and it was flavorless and not up to temp. The coconut shrimp were great, but took so long to come out that the manager and server both came out and apologized and took it off the bill. Overall the atmosphere felt like you were in a place nobody wanted to be, with food that really was sub par.

Ordered an appetizer online. I had a 35-40 minute drive AFTER placing the order. Pulled up, checked in at take away spot and set cor about 10 minutes. As I was waiting I watched an employee come out the door 3 times. There were no other cars or customers anywhere in sight. I was ignored. I had to walk in, search for a worker, and still continued to wait. About 3 minutes after I went in search of my order, the same exact employee that I watched walk outside 3 times and ignore me was the one that brought my order to me... I will add that I was parked directly in front of the door they use for curbside orders.
