  I forgot what his name was but he was a manager. And he was very accommodating. Really helped us out without ordering and also convinced me to try the new sandwich they had and it was fantastic so whatever his name is please tell him thank you

  Employees on 03/22 1 pm. Was so rude. And discriminating by seeing people . Every time before evng and night employees are good . But dont give work to people who discriminate by how customer . Please take necessary action. The employees was not owner. Think of yourself and talk to customers. Unethical workers.

  Ordered an Arch burger and it was terrible. Drenched in sauce, buried in lettuce, some kind of fried stale bits on it. Took a bite, inedible. Ask for my money back and was told they don’t give refunds, should have gone elsewhere and will next time.

  Placed my order in drive thru, paid, went to next window. I was asked to park at number 2 and I asked why, was told if I sit in line long it makes them look bad. I said last time my order was wrong. This time I noticed no one was behind me so I told him I will wait. Then that person left and came back and said the manager said I must move #2. I said no thanks then he said manager said I can have a refund. I said ok, give me a refund. Clearly the manager is not an owner and will never be. All of that was ridiculous. I just left there 20 minutes ago. Customers service mean nothing to folks anymore.
