  Visited this location a few days ago and determined I will never patronize this location again or any other jimmy johns moving forward. I really believe it’s a prerequisite to be RUDE in order to work at their restaurant. Charles’s attitude was absolutely Terrible. I walked in never greeted me nor asked if he could take my order. I’m certain we did at least 20 second stare off until I eventually just told him what I wanted. He didn’t tell my cost nor did he thank me for coming.

  We will not be back. My husband just picked up a sandwich and a drink. The sandwich is wrong and the drink is wrong (the Coke is dispensing Cherry Coke). This is not the first time we have had a poor experience here. Do better, JJ’s.

  Very unprofessional staff who don't seem to notice customers exist and constantly make mistakes. Reasonably good food.
