And then a few minutes later, they started waiting on people at the register. It made no sense. People that were waiting to place their order were there for a good 10 minutes and nobody even said hi to them. They had to ask to be waited on and then they were told to use the kiosk. What happened to good customer service? Convenient is not always better! We did order at the kiosk and we got our food about 15 minutes later. The burger was good, but the fries were cold. I would not recommend this place & I will not come here again!
