  Terrible place, terrible management with awful employees. Occasionally you will get your complete order by decent employees but more often then not, you won't. Corporate is aware but can't seem to get it under control. I am done giving chances and I have no more hope of this location ever getting any better. Super sad and disappointing for the Sonic brand and for Oak Grove.

  They clear your order right away but take forever to actually bring it out so their wait times don’t look high. The drinks are inconsistent too—either packed with ice or barely any at all.

  Forced to wait 20 minutes for two burgers, I even ordered on the app before I left and no one was in the parking lot untill 15 minutes after I got here and a person went thru the and left before we got our order and he had only been here for two minutes and my food was cold when I got it
