Placed a mobile order through the app, showed up to the store and there was nobody in line, we waited at the box for about five minutes before anyone answered and it was a young guy who answered already with a tone in his voice, but we were polite and just gave him the order code and the worker bluntly scoffed and told us to “pull up to the second window,” and as we were waiting at the second window for our order, there were two guys working and a man with glasses and a blue shirt sliced his finger while sweeping back of house and my boyfriend and I watched as he just sucked on his wounded finger and continued on to put the broom against the wall and prepare the rest of our order we were waiting on, and if that wasn’t bad enough we are finally handed the food without as much as a “have a good night,” not even eye contact, and I ordered a large fry and a basket of fries and I could feel how cold the fries were from the bag sitting on my lap alone, reluctantly I tried the fries and sure enough they tasted old and literally cold, so my boyfriend turned around and went back to the box to ask for a remake of the fries cooked to order, and the worker incredulously asked “I’m sorry?” And my boyfriend politely repeated that the fries were cold and if they could be cooked to order since we did wait five minutes at the box and five minutes at the window all for cold food… and the worker cuts him off and says pull up to the second window, all to pull up to the window and the worker makes us hand them the bag of fries and instead of throwing them away and making the fries cooked to order, he digs his bare hands through the cold fries in the bag as if he didn’t believe they were old, he redropped the same order of fries into the fryer and handed them back to us a minute later and slammed the window in our face. anyways I wouldn’t recommend this location for food, good company or any reason, in fact I would recommend a GM come to this particular location to retrain its employees on appropriate attitudes in the workplace towards customers, how to prepare fresh food efficiently, and most importantly, how to maintain good sanitary hygiene. What a horrifying experience 0/10 recommend never going back to this location. Do better. What a waste of $20.
