    Absolutely disgusting. The overnight bigger guy with glasses complained I was taking too long when I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just to have a double cheeseburger and nuggets. I was the only car in the drive thru took way too long I was served cold food 11/20 nuggets missing and only 1 patty on my DOUBLE. And was served attitude and disrespect. I get being tired but dude you chose to work the overnight. This place is a literal joke

    They messed up both my kids meals. The manager was clearly frustrated with his back staff but tried to make it right. As we were waiting, 2 other people came in cussing their food was wrong also. I dont condone or agree with that but come on guys. Pay attention. You already make people pull around and wait for an order and then for it to be wrong. One of the guys said he was missing the back bun on his burger. I Pics of inside the restaurant bc just gross.. but cant upload for some odd reason.. Definitely understaffed Do they not send employees from location to location anymore when short staffed??

    Fry's were room temp at best all the tables were dirty I mean all had to clean my own table and the drink station was a complete mess and there drive thru is barely busy and there are barely anyone inside eating so how the place is a mess I don't know my best guess is the employee's aren't taking the time to make sure the restaurant is clean over all not a good experience.

    I ordered a cheeseburger combo and 2 for $6 filet of fish for lunch today. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our meal. Within a few minutes (maybe 2?) Our food was brought to the car by a friendly gentleman who had a tray of condiments in case I wanted any. The filet of fish were HOT and FRESH along with the fries. I was very content with the speed of service, friendliness of each staff member encountered, and the quality of our food. This is the primary McDonald's I frequent (usually it's for breakfast) and it will continue to be the case!

    Placed a mobile order through the app, showed up to the store and there was nobody in line, we waited at the box for about five minutes before anyone answered and it was a young guy who answered already with a tone in his voice, but we were polite and just gave him the order code and the worker bluntly scoffed and told us to “pull up to the second window,” and as we were waiting at the second window for our order, there were two guys working and a man with glasses and a blue shirt sliced his finger while sweeping back of house and my boyfriend and I watched as he just sucked on his wounded finger and continued on to put the broom against the wall and prepare the rest of our order we were waiting on, and if that wasn’t bad enough we are finally handed the food without as much as a “have a good night,” not even eye contact, and I ordered a large fry and a basket of fries and I could feel how cold the fries were from the bag sitting on my lap alone, reluctantly I tried the fries and sure enough they tasted old and literally cold, so my boyfriend turned around and went back to the box to ask for a remake of the fries cooked to order, and the worker incredulously asked “I’m sorry?” And my boyfriend politely repeated that the fries were cold and if they could be cooked to order since we did wait five minutes at the box and five minutes at the window all for cold food… and the worker cuts him off and says pull up to the second window, all to pull up to the window and the worker makes us hand them the bag of fries and instead of throwing them away and making the fries cooked to order, he digs his bare hands through the cold fries in the bag as if he didn’t believe they were old, he redropped the same order of fries into the fryer and handed them back to us a minute later and slammed the window in our face. anyways I wouldn’t recommend this location for food, good company or any reason, in fact I would recommend a GM come to this particular location to retrain its employees on appropriate attitudes in the workplace towards customers, how to prepare fresh food efficiently, and most importantly, how to maintain good sanitary hygiene. What a horrifying experience 0/10 recommend never going back to this location. Do better. What a waste of $20.
