  I can only assume that the manager's trying to lower his food costs for his own bonus. No other reason to serve a chicken sandwich that was literally cold to the touch. This thing was a minimum of 3 hours old. Like, did they find it on the floor behind the fryer or something?

  Whether you go to Tokyo Japan or the most unknown town of Missouri you will get the same mcdonald's hamburger anywhere. The difference you hope to find is exceptional service and that is not something you will find at this location. We have to order our fries with no salt just so we get them somewhat fresh and we always ask for extra salt (at the window) so that we can have the salt on our fries that are now fresh. Feeding a family of 4 we asked for extra salt as they tell us to pull around to the front as they always do. We get down the road to find that they gave us a "single" salt packet. So we went back and I went in to ask the manager, I said "I asked for extra salt and you gave me one salt packet." She very sarcastically in this high pitch condescending voice said well i didn't mean to upset you sir, would you like some more and handed me "2 more." I wasn't expecting a handful of salt or anything but you may figure that throwing 4 or 5 in a bag wouldn't be the end of the world. I grabed a couple more out of the bin she was pinching from and walk off, just to hear in that same condescending voice "your welcome sir!" No I wasn't "welcome" if I was welcome I wouldn't have had to drive back to the store and walk in and get what I came to the drive through to get. It's important to hear this because these are the interactions that a lot of the time most of us wouldn't post about and others wouldn't know the truth about the kind of people they would end up having to interact with and the type of service they would have to deal with.

  Staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. My order is placed at the McDonald's app before breakfast had ended for counter puckup. This is not the first time I have done this through the application at this particular restaurant and during all previous visits my order was sitting inside at the counter. When I arrived approximately 3 minutes after 10:30, I was informed that because I was not there by 10:29 my order had been removed and canceled. When I asked why the order wasn't just left on the counter since it had been less than 5 minutes, they just shrugged and said sorry we don't have it you have to leave.
