I guess my mobile order wasn’t worthy of their time. I saw a doordash order for Sofia sitting out. Time on the receipt was 10:21 am. I looked at my crumpled up receipt and it said 10:17 am. Then the first cup of coffee they gave me was made with curdled cream. Don’t get your Dunkin fix from this location. It is mismanaged, has poor customer service and uses spoiled products. I usually have pickups in St. Charles and the location there has always been amazing. Do yourself a favor and make the short drive to get quality product and service from there.
