When I called them they stated “well that is how you ordered it, you didn’t select any toppings!” I told them that I didn’t think I would need to select any toppings for a deluxe pizza. They said that since I orders on DoorDash that I did. My father and I both had to explain that what is the point of ordering a deluxe without any toppings. They told us that we ordered it weird and it was not uncommon to receive weird orders so they made it like “we ordered”. They told us that it was DoorDash that had to issue the refund. It took a lot of explaining that it should be on them to refund us for them to actually do this. Kudos to DoorDash for rectifying the issue in a timely fashion and offering us an extra refund for time and trouble.

The short hairy dude at the counter said “We sell them in “‘cups’ and they’re a $1.50 a piece.” Ok then…. I would have bought them if it wasn’t for the attitude and soulless, deadpan interaction. Didn’t even offer me my receipt. Won’t be back.
