    Refused to even try to accept my gift card, claimed the gift cards “weren’t working right now” and didn’t even try to make it work.

    I was there last night (01/02) and the 3 workers at the front were so nice quick and efficient. One was a girl with glasses who was so nice and patient when I forgot to ask for my tortillas. And then two younger guys one who looked like the Cole Sprous and the other had short brown hair. They were funny and very quick. They slayed.

    Store was dirty, floors were dirty, tables dirty as well as the prep area. Portions are tiny and not a normal full order portion. When asked for a full portion what is a normal portion, I was told by worker Charlie I was picky. Employees are not friendly and extremely rude. I am a frequent customer and i will NOT be returning. Food is expensive and you can’t even get your money’s worth.

    We put in an order online last night and had a pickup time of 10:50pm before closing. Our payment went through and when my husband showed up to get the food the doors were locked early and the two employees working just stared at him and laughed while he was asking to get the food. We could see the food sitting on the counter behind them. They continued to laugh at him and threw up a peace sign and did not come to the door. Here is a photo of the employees who treated us this way and we will be contacting corporate as well. Terrible experience.

    My daughter went to this location for lunch. The service was terrible. The person helping her tried streaming her through, without taking her entire order. She rolled her eyes every time my daughter let her know that she had more for her order. The Chipote food has always been good, but service like that is unacceptable.
