  I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS LOCATION HAS NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN BY CORPORATE!!!!!!!! ITs so Bad that it makes EVERY CHIPOTLE LOCATION LOOK BAD BY ASSOCIATION!!!! GARBAGE LOCATION!!!!! My order was about half an hour later than the pickup time..... And then they didnt have half of my order in the bag...... when I went back for them to make the rest of my order they did it incorrectly...... Wasted over an hour of my time over all and the fuel to drive back and forth COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BUYING FAST FOOD..... I PAY FOR CONVENIENCE!!!! I could have made the tacos/ burritos myself from scratch for less money in less time than this fiasco took!!!! I will actively tell everybody i know to avoid this location AT ALL COSTS and I will not update this review or take it down until I receive a FULL REFUND FOR THE ORDER I PLACED ON 02-24-2026!!!!! SHAME ON THE STAFF HERE AND SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT FOR NOT IMMEDIATELY OFFERING A REFUND FOR THIS TYPE OF NONSENSE!!!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!!!! AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Guess I should've read the reviews for this location rather than trusting Chipotle would be decent....... EVERYBODY IS CALLING CORPORATE on this location!!!! I will be calling them too if I don't get a FULL REFUND AND APOLOGY by 02-26-2026.......... Thats 48hrs to make it right

  I really enjoy this Chipotle location for the service and food. The burrito bowls are always fresh, and I love using the app—it’s super convenient. Every time I go in, the staff at the counter is incredibly helpful and quick to point me toward my pickup order. They also have a great little patio which is perfect for nice days. The only downside is the parking and access. The lot is a bit of a nightmare; people drive way too fast or take turns too wide, making it feel a little unsafe. Getting in and out of the complex can be a challenge, so just be careful when you’re driving in

  Boyfriend picked food, came back from work to eat said chipotle, opened the bag, not the right food. I didn’t care I just wanted my food. I went back at 10:25pm, I understand it’s late but I just wanted my right food after working all day. The doors were closed at 10:25pm. I stood outside, employees could obviously see me. Looked at me smiled, talked to one other and walked to the back. I’ll be back in the morning and I’m calling corporate!

  Small portions. Go to a different chipotle.

  Came in around midday and the workers just had an attitude for no apparent reason. It would be somewhat understandable if it was minutes before closing or I was hostile with them, but I was very nice.
