  Doordash delivered the wrong order to me and when I called the girl up there to let them know and she was incredible! Give that girl a raise! They remade my order which I still feel a little bad about but they went above and beyond hands down the best pizza hut I've ever been too. I will continue to order from this location just for the sole fact they are incredible people up there!!!

  Do not order delivery from this location. After an hour we called about the status. Our two pizzas had been completed and sitting on the counter waiting for a door dash driver for 40 minutes. No courtesy call or anything to offer an alternative. Don’t accept the order for delivery if you can’t complete it.

  I ordered from Pizza Hut a week ago.. my pizza was delivery mushed together and couldn’t get it off the pizza board…everyone makes mistakes and I get that.. I call back today to get the same order.. I ask if the driver can have better care. Once the process my order I get a text stating that DoorDash will be delivering my order.. I was unaware that they don’t have their own delivery services.. I look at the link they gave me and it’s says my delivery will be between 6:16-6:26. I called the order in @ 5PM..and was told the it would be 25 mins for the delivery… I call back because I don’t want to wait for a cold pizza.. that has already been paid for. I ask for a refund.. and she, as a manger, tells me she can’t process my refund and that I have to call back tomorrow. So they are telling me.. not only do I not get my pizza.. I also don’t get my refund processed. It’s complete shit.
