- AMAshley McBride3 days ago3.0I ordered pick 2 from Panera Bread Co, half salad & sandwich. Picked up just before work. Got to work & disappointed to find no salad dressing for my salad. Extremely disappointed because I’m so hungry. You’d think I would learn to stop paying for convenience, in terms of not making my on meals for work. I’m exhausted with disappointments with fast foods chains.

Arrived to pickup order and 2 employees on their phones clerk tells me my order isn’t there and sent me to other location down k and order wasn’t there. Manager calls this location and finds out my order is at their location. Drove all the way back and 2 employees are still on their phones playing tic-tok and say “Sorry” still non existent management.
- SSS SimmsApr 12, 20261.04/11/2026 - I had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread involving the manager, Jill. An item in a DoorDash order was out of stock, and instead of helping resolve it or contacting DoorDash for a refund, Jill became loud and aggressive when I raised the issue. She dismissed my concerns and made excuses for staff who had provided incorrect information. Due to how the situation was handled, I did not feel comfortable completing the delivery and was forced to cancel the order, which negatively impacted both me and the customer. This could have been handled professionally, but it wasn’t. Management training is clearly needed.
