It was not busy, when inquired a third time, was told my order was lost in the system, asked for a refund. Eventually got a refund, staff didn't apologize, or try to fix the situation, they just seemed indifferent and didn't really care. Don't know how this place makes any money. Advise management to teach front facing staff better customer service skills. Would not recommend, staff just seems to not care or have any kind of customer service mindset.
