  I eat at this location a LOT and not once have they ever put a napkin in the bag. For crying out loud. Taco bell is messy people need napkins. Smh

  every single time i order delivery through the app, im missing an item or even half my order. it doesn’t even matter what time of day or if i pick it up, im missing something. #1 worst taco bell ever

  Walked in to grab a meal, used the kiosk because talking to someone face to face is scary for these folks, because not a single one of the people making food would come up to grab the cash I had in hand to pay for my meal. Waddling Wanda was taking her sweet time getting back and forth to places, and someone dropped food on the ground and left it there for over 5 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting for my order to come up, I gave up and walked out. Save a trip and head to any of the other fast food nearby, at least you won't lose have your lunch break waiting for it to be made.

  Place was filthy! Buckets catching water, not one clean table, trash on the floor everywhere. Big trash can in lobby overflowing with trash. A employee walked out and a lady locked the door. People were walking up and couldn't get in. I saw numerous doordashers locked out from picking up food. We will never go back!

  This place needs to be shut down or a whole new staff needs to be hired and the manager fired. Last time it took me 38 minutes to get my food. I have been there 13 times. And every time something is wrong. The whole reason I ever came there is it's the closest location to my work. Its either they don't have large cups. And you don't get one even tho you paid more for the large. They take forever. Or your food order is wrong. Or the place is a dirty mess. The employees are rude and interjecting their depression on to you. The amount of time it takes to get food on average. I could have actually went to a real sit down Mexican restaurant and gotten good service and way better food. The whole reason to go to this place is for fast service. And they have defeated the purpose of being a fat food joint.
