An employee had their obnoxious child sitting in the corner playing on a device that would have constant outburst and jumping around and making a scene. Mom the employee had to keep coming out and getting after the kid and telling her to sit down. Was very annoying while trying to done in.

Like cmon man. 2 quesodillas a chilli cheese burrito and hard taco is not hard to make when customized with easy instructions when your putting it on the order Inside. Smh

Then they forgot something and I stood at the counter for awhile only to be snapped at, "Whaddya need?" My biggest problem however was that there was an employee's child there. He/she was younger, and was listening to poop noises from a tablet on volume 100. Then the tablet stopped working which caused said child to become very dysregulated. It took a few minutes for the mom to realize this and come take care of the situation. I don't care that the child was there; it's more about the disruptive behavior and being unsupervised.

They charged me for 2 steak soft tacos- I only got 1. I asked for all of my tacos supreme- only some had sour cream. They upgraded and upcharged everything on my order without asking. I just paid $28.50 for 8 tacos and 2 large sodas- didn't even want large sodas. Just close down if you don't care about giving the public a quality product.
