This place is horrible!

The order was for a Burrito Supreme no lettuce, you gave me a beef and bean burrito, you forgot the 2 cinnamon twists, the large nacho fries were ice cold and didn't even fill the container, the only items that were decent were the chalupas and quesadilla. So over 50% of the order was wrong for your only customer. How do you expect to stay in business with your terrible Google reviews when you aren't even busy and you cant get the order right? Don't your employees have any work ethic or pride in doing their job, to do it correctly and take care of the customer? Calling up there resulted in: " well you can come back up here or you can come in and tell them Raylynne said to give it to you and they will".. what the heck kind of service is that? You overcharged me based on what I received AND I have to go back in order to get what I paid for. I just got ripped off.
