- JSJeff StahlhutAug 3, 20251.0Placed an online order. It said it failed to go through. Went to the store and just ordered the food but the gift card was mostly used. Told them there was an issue with the online system and we would deal with that. Called and we’re told it was our fault that the order said it failed then went through later and they won’t refund the money. A quick online search shows that this is basically the Subway business model across the board.

They just kept saying online only online only. I said it does not say online only and she insisted online only. Their attitude was terrible . I should have just left and I didn't I will never return to that store. Also I had change coming and she didn't give me the change. I said where's my change and she said I'll give it to you don't worry and I had to wait for my change after she waited on two other people before she gave me my change. Worst service ever!
