- JSJeff StahlhutAug 3, 20251.0Placed an online order. It said it failed to go through. Went to the store and just ordered the food but the gift card was mostly used. Told them there was an issue with the online system and we would deal with that. Called and we’re told it was our fault that the order said it failed then went through later and they won’t refund the money. A quick online search shows that this is basically the Subway business model across the board.
- MSMary SchaefferSep 6, 20202.0Was in on 9/6/2020 to pickup lunch and the medium Cup that was given to us for a drink was dirty inside . Was unaware til my daughter finished her lunch. That is the chance you take when those cups are left out on the counter opened. It was dirty unacceptable 😡
