- CRCJ RichardsOct 26, 20251.0We asked about using our coupon before ordering and were told our sandwiches would qualify. When we went to pay, they suddenly said the coupon was online only. We started placing the order online, but then the staff said the manager refused to honor it because the sandwiches were already made. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Don’t tell customers one thing and change the story at the register just because you want a few extra bucks.
