Prices have gone up lately and some menu items are removed. A beef stake with horseradish and a coffee cake are no longer being served.

No customer service. I walked to the counter to order. I was told to use the kiosk. I do not work here but i will give it a shot. Im not really a fan of working for free. The kiosk did not have a cash option. So I just left. Let me know when you have a cash option again and I might be back.

Went to the drive thru 7:35pm on 2/4/26 waited 10 minutes for 1 whole Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and was told they were out of avocados, but I had them make it anyway. A bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, a pick 2, 1/2 sandwich Bacon Chicken Rancher with the cup of Rustic Potato Soup 2 green teas and a regular hot creme brulee latte. They informed me they were also out of the baguettes. Checked the bag before I left to make sure I had everything. Because I live about a 1/2 hour away. Got home and the Chipotle chicken didn't have cilantro or peppers and the chicken bacon rancher had the littlest speck of bacon, along with a very long hair in it. So you pick up the phone to try and call Bread Co at 8:35pm and 8:38pm since they're open til 9pm and of course no one is available to talk to to try to resolve the discrepancy of the fact that you would prefer not to eat the poorly prepared Chicken bacon rancher with the hair in it. It just rings when you select the option to talk to an associate or a manager. And then after it rings, for so long it just hangs up. I tried that twice but seemed like a waste of time. My family member who ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup enjoyed their meal, it was good, however the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt was finished, but it was less than satisfactory to say the least. You look at the pictures, pretty pitiful. And of the Pick 2 the Chicken Bacon Rancher was obviously wasted money no one ate. However the cup of Rustic Potato soup and latte was decent. The real tragedy is for $47.31 this was an incredibly disappointing meal, knowing darn well as I waited to place my order in the drive through staring over at Qdoba that my money would have gone further and would have been better spent over there, what a shame. Lesson learned. And lesson learned that this Bread Co is counting on their disgruntled customers to give up on that refund or desired comp for the poorly made sandwich with the hair in it and not continue to try and call and speak to the manager. I'm sure they were just really busy that night. Don't set your expectations too high for this particular Bread Co and they'll serve you well.

**Serves RAW dough!** I usually like Panera, but this was a miss. I took a few bites of my bagel and noticed the inside was completely raw and doughy. Not just dense — actually wet and underbaked. I had already eaten some before realizing, which is pretty gross. I get that mistakes happen, but serving raw dough is a basic food safety issue. I ended up throwing it away and won’t be ordering bagels from this location again unless something changes. Disappointing experience.
