- CTColleen ThibodeauxSep 4, 20251.0I placed an order thru the app and it took my rewards point and a pending charge on my credit card but the app went haywire so I called the store and sure enough the order didn’t go thru but my rewards points are gone . The manager said I needed to call the # on the app which is fine. But we still wanted a pizza so since we were on our way home we stopped in to place an order. I explained to the girl what happened and she said I needed to call the # which is fine but I want to place an order. She just walked away and never took my order?!? And never came back to the counter nor did the manager ?!? The app is horrible and obviously the customer service sub par! I worked for Pizza Hut -my first job, and this kind of service would have NEVER been acceptable! Guess I need to find a new pizza option!
