  Ordered roast beef well done, not anywhere near well done. I also ordered 1 chocolate chip cookie and 2 sugar cookies, received 3 chocolate chip cookies

  If I could give this experience a 0 star I would. This location was complete chaos. There was a staff member walking around in socks. There was a staff member who spilt froyo on accident and was ridiculed over it then the person who ridiculed him licked the froyo off her fingers then touched fries and sandwiches putting them in a to-go bag. The lady doing the roast beef heard us, the customers, say that we would like our sandwiches well done and the staff member said, “of course they want well done” and was completely rude. I told the lady at the register she obviously wasn’t happy we wanted them well done. The staff member at the register said it’s been a rough day. Once seated you could still hear the lady complaining about us wanting well done sandwiches. When we got our food the sandwiches weren’t even well done. This was the worse experience at a Lion’s Choice we ever had. A health inspector needs to visit this location and so does the general manager! I will be calling the health inspector.

  Just went through the drive-through, as the restaurant dining inside was closed at the time I was traveling. The young man, taking my order over the intercom, was very, very helpful, even allowed me to swap the type of bread to be a Texas toast type on the sandwich. Heckfire, it is our beloved local chain Lions Choice, it’s always spectacular good!

  Just grabbed dinner here and the place is disgusting dirty. I manage at a different restaurant and no way would I ever serve drinks out of a drink station that even the ice shoot is full of black mold. Both drain tubes are pink and black. Not one employee had hair pulled back or hair nets even though their hair is clearly touching their collars. The whole place was just filthy. Crazy thing is I used to be a manger for lions choice in 2019/2020 and it is clear that their standards have dropped tremendously. Really the health inspector is not doing their job either because mold buildup like that takes a while to get that bad. Needless to say we will not be returning. I urge other not to eat here as well unless black mold drinks and beef sandwiches as tough as Jerky are what you are wanting.
