  We were there 2.5 hours and it wasn't even busy. Less that 25 percent capacity. Our party of 4 was very patient until the wrong order was brought out for one of us. We all absolutely know what he ordered. We went to high school together.... The waitress had the audacity to blame him for the wrong order. She said "oh you must have said it weird" he ordered 5 plain tenders with honey mustard. She brought spicy buffalo wings with Bleu cheese. Yeah, "must have said it weird" Never ever blame the customer. Especially when he wasn't the one in the wrong. Not once did she apologize about the wait time or do anything to update the table. She's just doing the bare minimum to still get a paycheck.

  I usually like the food, but during my last online order i received this wing. I get it, feathers happen, but this seemed excessive...when i called to ask if it was normal, the woman just laughed and said yes...if you want a place with no quality control and cold food, this is your best option.

  Frankly it shouldn't matter if I know someone who works at this location or not. There's absolutely NO reason that 70% of the time I have gotten food from here my food is either not what I ordered (after specifying what is it that's wanted) or the food is old and stale. That is absolutely ridiculous. Honestly wouldn't recommend this particular location to ANYONE and the only reason I even eat here is because someone I know works here. What a shame.

  We ordered take out and when we got home we noticed that the fries were burnt beyond the point of eating them. They had the consistency of veggie straws. The cheese curds were burt as well. The wings were not tossed. Just sauce poured over wings in a box. The only silver lining is that they remade the food but refused to refund anything. Keep in mind that means we had to make an extra trip to their location to get the food that should have been made right the first time. Not worth the money or time. Any other location will give you better service.

  Ordered online went to pick up Order and I waited about 10 mins before anyone even asked if I've been helped then when I got my order the chicken was old probably sitting fried too hard and couldn't even enjoy the one thing you go to bww for ! I also had some tots but you can tell the grease wasn't changed the workers were just standing in a booth talking to each other i guess i was invisible no one welcomed me in not to mention it was my first time there ! I will never go back and will be asking for my refund bec wow never had i ever experienced such poor customer service in all my days
