To start, the girl who took my girlfriend and I’s order was very rude and abrupt. She had an extremely poor attitude while I was simply ordering two drinks and was also rude when responding to our requests for clarification about the order. When I received my drink, it was terrible. It was the worst-tasting Sweet & Salty I have ever had, and it was scalding hot to the point that it burned my tongue and mouth. I have never asked for a drink to be remade before, but this was an exception. When I returned to the drive-through to ask for the drink to be remade, the same employee had a very bad attitude and appeared visibly annoyed. She insisted that I simply add more milk instead of remaking the drink, even after I explained that it tasted like plain black coffee. I had to repeatedly explain and convince her to remake it, as she seemed unwilling to do anything to fix the issue. I wanted the drink I ordered, not a poorly made coffee with extra milk. When she finally took the drink back, she spoke to her coworkers in an unprofessional manner that clearly displayed her frustration and attitude, all while we were sitting right there in our car and could see and hear everything. Afterward, she eventually remade the drink, but her attitude was still very apparent, and she handed me the remake without saying a word or offering any acknowledgment. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a 7 Brew, and I will not be returning to this location.

Very disappointing to get home to enjoy coffee and have hot chocolate instead. No way to contact location other than leaving a review
