  I paid $11 for an acai bowl that was barely edible. I feel like these things should be made to order. When I received it, it was frozen solid. The acai was very hard and not like a smoothie texture at all. It would break off in chunks when I would try to eat it or mix it up. The toppings were hard too. Was not creamy at all. I showed up about 7pm when there was nobody else in the store. I had never had an acai bowl here, but always come for the smoothies. I would assume they make it fresh while you are there but it wasn't. I didn't really enjoy it and ended up throwing it out when I was home because it wasn't enjoyable to eat. For $11 and for how small they are you should be able to whip them up in house pretty fast

  Major consistency issues. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap 30+ times from this location over the last year. Most of the time it's solid, occasionally it's amazing, other times, it's just flat out not good. Here are some consistency issues I've noticed, from most to least important. - Mostly uncooked rice: several times, the rice has been less than half way cooked (how does this even happen?) - Sizing issues: sometimes, the wrap is significantly smaller than it typically is, whenever this happens it just feels like a rip off - Sauce amount: my favorite part of the wrap is the Jerk Sauce. Sometimes there's almost none on the wrap and others, it's literally soaked and dripping with so much sauce I have to soak some of it up with a paper towel - Ingredient globs: sometimes the wrap is not mixed up at all, for example, the bottom of the wrap has a ton of black beans all clumped together Only posting this to hopefully spur improvement. Please implement some proper training or quality control measures.
