Every single time I've been there, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I feel like a lot of fast food restaurants here in Kansas City Just have unenthusiastic and bored workers who will literally make you wait 3 minutes to ask what your order name was. I work in North Kansas City, and I get a 30-minute lunch break. I drive across North Kansas City to come to this Wendy's because the service is so fantastic. And with a mobile order, I always get my food as soon as I say my name. Thank you, North Kansas City Wendy's for being awesome!
