She was singlehandedly running the front counter and drive-thru with a line nearly out the door. Despite being the only employee on shift, she kept a positive attitude and worked with impressive speed and efficiency in what had to be an overwhelming situation. She truly went above and beyond, and absolutely deserves recognition—a raise, a promotion, something!
