- MHMann HartJan 5, 20261.0There are constant 15 to 25 minute waits for your lunch order you can walk up to the counter and have the person taking orders walk away without saying a word and not return for 10 minutes or more this place is in dire need of new management or ownership The employees there seem unable to handle the time rush even though do this everyday I have been going to this McDonald's for over 2 years now only because of the convenience my job for lunch other than that I would not recommend anyone going to this McDonald's until the issues addressed

I tapped on the window numerous times as well as the worker doing the same and met with NO RESPONSE by ANYONE I called the location and was greeted with "is this the person tapping on the window? What do you want?" - LAZY I told them yes and that there also a worker trying to get in. They told me the worker had gotten in "What do you want?" After a few choice words and told "you can call me all the names in the world JASON", the phone line was disconnected and Im assuming no one was able to reach the store (I know I was not) Horrible Experience, DON'T EVER COME HERE IN THE MORNING The lobby hours are a complete lie apparently, even to workers
