The waitress was amazing, very welcoming and informative about the establishment. Started with drinks that were simply delightful. Food came out incredibly quick and was so delicious. We did a starter of candied bacon and I can not say enough good things. Then the Mac and cheese was to die for. We left no crumbs. We will be back, also super plus they have beer for a meat option in case someone doesn’t like pork!

The burnt-ends were perfectly unctuous, damn near luxurious and a 8.9 out of 10. If pickles were served with the burnt-ends, they'd be a solid 9.4. Ribs were overdone and damn near pasty. Terrible. Lacked savory seasoning too. That hurts because I believe they should be stearing the ship. Mac was a, "slow-burn" to achieve the "good" label. Slaw was nominal. A little vinegar and its absolutely delicious. Corn muffin was trash. Sauces were trash. A decent experience overall because the burnt-ends were great!

The best burnt ends and sides. Burnt ends were very tender with great tasting bark. Really good juicy turkey with a nice flavorful rub. We tried the cole slaw, kielbasa, elote/corn with parmigian cheese, baked beans, sweet potatoes, and the collard greens. Hard to pick a favorite because they were all so good. I was hungry upon entering. I sampled my burnt ends and turkey, but I ate all my sides and was full. I brought the meat home for lunch the next day. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!! I wish I lived here and could eat here regularly.

I stopped in around 7:15 on a Wednesday night after getting my lower leg absolutely murdered at the tattoo shop up the road, Enova Ink. When I say “murdered” I mean in a painful but good way…check them out. Anyway, I was tired, in pain, hungry and, as a chubby man, craving BBQ. I saw F325 while driving in for my appointment that morning and figured I’d check them out. I thought they may be closing as there was only one guy in there eating when I walked in but the bartender quickly greeted me as I entered and I told him I was wanting a to go order. He gave me a menu and I chose several items as I normally do when trying somewhere new. The bartender told me it would be a better deal with what I ordered to do the three meat plate. I got a half slab, turkey, burnt ends and brisket. Sides were fries and the sweet potato casserole. I drive home, maybe 30ish minutes away due to all the damn JOCO construction currently, and dug in. Holy hell it was good! The burnt ends and turkey are some of the best I’ve EVER had. Ribs and brisket are up there as well but I mostly had the burnt ends and turkey. After eating until I was uncomfortably full, the rest went into the fridge for the next day. The sauces, regular and spicy, were “thin” and very tasty. I think my whole order was @$60. Oh….im a bourbon guy, probably a little too much sometimes, but noticed they had a very nice selection . I was driving so I didn’t get any but this would be a good spot for a group to go and eat some badass BBQ and sample some sips of good stuff! I don’t get up to the Northland too much anymore but I WILL stop by there again the next time I’m getting more tattoos or driving through lovely NKC. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP! It’s worth it ! I’d post pictures but I’ve already killed most of the food.

We came on a Thursday night. It was our first visit here, so we were looking over the menu. Waitress came back a couple times, but we hadn’t decided yet. Finally, we order and she tells us they’re out of brisket. Okayyy would have been nice to know that from the beginning or the 2 times you came back but whatever. We decided on burnt ends and ribs. And I had to try the mac n cheese, read good reviews and I get it everywhere I go. Food comes out. We notice we didn’t get the cornbread muffins and tell the waitress, she says oh I’m sorry we’re out of those. Lol really?? After an akward silence and stare, she says I can get you a few more burnt ends. Ok yeah sure. The ribs were good. Everything else sucked. None of the sides were good, the mac was a weird flavor and just didn’t taste right. The burnt ends were super dry. And good thing we didn’t really care for it cause she sure didn’t come back with anything. Like at all. We had to wave down the other waitress to get our check and again to pay. I talked about coming here since they opened and was so disappointed, especially for $100 ☹️
