  Burnt ends and brisket was good, ribs so-so. Sweet potato casserole is a good option.

  So it’s Christmas Eve and I was looking for some take out to have a nice Xmas dinner. I happened to arrive at lunch time so I decided to have their Spitfire pulled pork sandwich with collard greens for a side. Omg the Greens were so savory and done just right. The sandwich- insane! Sweet sauce vs bites of jalapeño, tender pulled pork vs toasted brioche bun and bits of onion chrisp’s. Oh Lort! Amazingly friendly staff. A must for your BBQ fix.

  Came to Kansas City and had to try out the BBQ here. Great Food! Great owner! They will feed you with great food and treat you so well. Lisa is the greatest and I will come back again the next time I’m in Kansas City

  Been here on three separate occassions and had a great experience all three times. BBQ can tend to feel really heavy and fatty, but F325 excels at having balanced plates, where juicy meat is paired with incredible sides. My favorite sides are the baked beans, mac and cheese, and the whisky sweet potatoes, though you really can't go wrong with any of the sides. As for meat, the burnt ends are totally worth the +$4 charge, but the brisket is equally tender. The tableside sauces (regular and spicy) are perfectly smokey/sweet/spicy. All our servers have been delightful and I'm happy to continue recommending F325 to both KC locals and travelers looking for good BBQ!

  I travel quite a bit and I just had some of the best barbecue in years! Met the owners James and Lisa, some of the most friendliest and down-to-earth people who care about their customers. Caleb is who you need to ask for your waiter, he must be in charge of the excellent customer service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Without saying "I'll for sure be back". Thanks again for the excellent service and food. Almost forgot. I sampled the burnt ends and they melt in your mouth, I'm not even kidding.
