    Took the lady that gave me my food 30 to almost 40 minutes to give me back my change and when she did she handed to me with an attitude

    the manager working the evening of 4/13 seemed completely strung out on something, to the point we were uncomfortable talking to him. we requested a refund, they took our food, and then told us that they don’t do refunds without giving us our food back? they never get my order right and the managers need to be drug tested.

    Yesterday the manager offered coupons after taking my order and receipt, when I asked for a refund they said that they could remake it but they cant do refunds. (I checked they can) Also the manger looked very high when he was talking to me.

    I waited 30 minutes for my food asked for a refund after waiting they refused and the manager offered me coupons. Never got my food and never got a refund. The fact there manger is out here scamming for 28 dollars is actually sad.

    My son and I bought food there yesterday the following morning we were throwing up. Im familiar with food poisoning but my 8 year old son is not. I called the manager telling her I wanted a refund because I didnt want to have paid for food I had thrown up. She said thats not how their systems work and that it had to be from something my son and I ate earlier that day. Just completely putting the blame on us like I just trying to get money. Terrible customer service and food. And I am notifying the health department.
