AWFUL MANAGER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE !
1/29/26 Was making a phone order for NIXA location, and my wife made a mistake on the credit card number, then the girl on the phone{said name was "Sahara"} wrote the wrong number, then I took the phone to make sure the number was right b/c I've never had that problem, but she sounded agitated and I asked her if she was OK, she said "why" in a rude aggressive tone" I said you sound aggravated, and she said well "I have been in here for a long time and I have a store to run, and customers to take care of" I said so do you want to take my card or you don't have time for Me? She said yes I can try one more time. I said you know what that is fine, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, GO TAKE CARE OF "YOUR CUSTOMERS" I asked her I assume you are the manager? or is there a manager? and she said its me {Sahara} I said ok, thank you.
I have never had a problem with them before, and I loved everything from the previous location, but this was a bad experience with this very rude and inpatient employee, I understand they under stress, but if that is how you care about you customers ,I will find another place. needless to say , I will not go or order from there again. We have a lot of other options in NIXA thank god, got an order from a different place, fast , nice efficient ,and kind people.
